Terms of Service

These terms apply to all that use the Mxpot platform and as such we advise it should be thoroughly read before using any of our services. By using the Mxpot Platform you agree to be bound by this agreement in total and not in part. You have the right to accept or reject this agreement and in case of the later where you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not register to use the platform.

By registering, we assume you have reached 13 years of age, as minors below the age 13 are not allowed to use the Mxpot platform.

Your use of the platform is based on the following terms and conditions:

1. Authenticity of Information

Before using the Mxpot platform, you will be required to fill a form which serves the dual purpose of initiating your account with us as well as feeding us with the basic information about your business website.

You agree to provide us with not but accurate information while filling this form.

2. Mxpot Websites

When you create virtual websites using the Mxpot platform, you are fully responsible for all contents posted and their authenticity thereof; all materials posted and its copyright implications; any harm or otherwise resulting from activities under your website.

Note that Mxpot reserves the right to terminate or deny access to and use of your account and website if you are found violating any term under this agreement or any other reason found justified but will be duly explained and communicated to you.

3. Prohibited Contents

Mxpot websites associated with publication of, or link to, but not limited to fraud, yahoo yahoo, 419, obscene or adult content, piracy, illegal drugs, and malicious software risk being removed. Such materials mentioned above are prohibited from being associated with Mxpot websites.

4. Updates

The Mxpot platform will continue to undergo regular updates in what kind of services we offer and how we offer them. You use our service knowing fully that what stays today may be changed if we find that to be a better option or upon recommendations from a considerable number of those who use such service.

5. Templates

Upon generating a website using the Mxpot platform, your website will be created to run on the default template which you can later change to any other template of your choice and preference.

We reserve the right to terminate, temporarily or permanently, any template without any pre-notification and reset all websites running on such templates to the default template. This may become necessary should there be any technical issue with such template.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mxpot does not provide warranty over the safety of content distributed by its websites. You agree that content you download or view in the form of, but not limited to, videos, audios, pdfs, images from any Mxpot website, you do this at your own discretion.

Mxpot does not at any point make any warranty what so ever over any service we offer.

At the same time, Mxpot does not guarrantee any service it provides will be uninterrupted or error-free.
